Buenno’s sire, the coloured Dutch Warmblood Stallion Umenno has an accomplished performance record to date and his dam, Edwina, a Supreme Champion high scoring 1st premium mare who’s progeny have consistently been successful in the county show ring.

Buenno, has inherited the qualities of both sire and dam, elasticity of gaits, a free shoulder and quick active engaging hind leg. His bloodlines are a combination of both jumping and dressage genes from the worlds leading stud books.

Buenno’s great grand sire, Nimmerdor is the KWPN Stallion of the Century. Son of the Preferent stallion Farn, the Preferent Nimmerdor was the most famous of all the old-fashioned Holstein offspring. Nimmerdor has had a tremendous, far-reaching influence upon the world of equestrian breeding and has sired over 50 Approved sons as well as a multitude of international show jumpers and exceptional brood mares.

Baxter’s dam is by, Le Primeur who has the genes of performance test winners Laptop and the dam’s sire Pinkus produced this runner up of the Verden stallion licensing in 1999. Le Primeur descends out of a damline with the highest evaluation for conformation, and Le Primeur himself has extraordinary type, expression, good conformation and a willingness to perform at the highest levels of both disciplines of dressage and jumping.

At his performance test he scored a 9 for character, 9 for temperament & trainability, 9 for conformation, 8 for free jumping, 9 for show jumping, 10 for natural jumping ability and 9 for rideability. Le Primeur’s sire Laptop is a stallion that has Ladykiller, Capitano, Cor de la Bryere and Gottard as distinguished great grandsires, and the genes of the successful Celle sire Loredo. The damline of Laptop also produced international show jumpers including the approved stallion Spartan, who is the sire of the State stallion Stakkato, who is one of the best show jumping horses at the moment. Winner of his performance test in 1995, Laptop has outstanding conformation and excellent rhythmical movements, especially in walk and canter. Further, he is endowed with the best mental qualities. He has a lot of ability and technique over jumps and outstanding rideability. He has great willingness to work. In 1996 he started twice at elementary show jumping competitions and was the winner both times. He has a 1997 winning sum of over DM1,000,000.

Lah De Dah’s dam’s sire needs no introduction! Brilliant invader has made it into the top 5 Eventing Stallions of the world on numerous occasions and has been voted Number 1 twice and is still ranked in the top 50. The most famous of his New Zealand offspring was Ready Teddy, individual Gold medal winner at the Atlanta Olympics in 1996. He was also the sire of Andrew Nicholson’s top 3* horse Mister Maori. The most successful of Brilliant Invader’s stock in Australia include Street Talk, which went to World Cup show jumping level for Michelle Clark of South Australia. In Victoria, Jane Griffin’s Koyuna Mousetrap, a successful eventer and show jumper, and Angela Dobbins’ Mini Prix horse Hush, and Rebecca Allen’s World Cup show jumper, Koyuna Ted are by him. Koyuna Ted was also selected to the 2009 Elite Show Jumping Squad before retiring hurt. Wendy Schaeffer’s current eventing champions Koyuna Sun Dancer, Koyuna Sun Shine and Koyuna Sun Storm are all by Brilliant Invader.
